I am originally from Tasmania, but after living on the coast for about 18 years I guess I can now consider myself a Gold Coaster. I love the weather here and really embrace an outdoor lifestyle.

My passion is cooking and teaching people about healthy food. I fully believe that “food is medicine”. I originally trained at the Sheraton Marina Mirage and since then have worked mostly in organics and clean foods. I “live” food! I love cooking it, eating it and reading about it.

I also hold my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, so feel free to ask if you have any nutrition or fitness questions that I can help you with.
